The Kingdom is for you!
Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Luke 12:32 - KJV
What a precious promise! What a divine encouragement! What a needed correction! Jesus gives us all this in this one line of scripture above. For a moment He speaks to his disciples (and so to us) in the same way as He spoke to Jairus when He said to him, "Fear not!" Then He gives us every reason not to fear. He encourages us. He reassures us. He tells us God is gladly presenting to us His kingdom.
Are you laying hold of what God's Kingdom is ready to grant you? Remember Jairus. Jairus came to Jesus that his daughter might be healed. Jesus responded by going with him to her. However, on the way, fear tried to take hold of Jairus. This threatened to stop him taking possession of what the Kingdom of God was ready to grant him. At that moment Jesus said, "Fear not!" This did it for Jairus. It stopped fear taking hold. As a result, he continued on to receive his daughter raised to life again. Mark 5:35-36.
Let Jesus' words be sufficient for you! Don't let anything that's sent against you succeed in holding you back! Go with Jesus to receive what God's Kingdom is ready to grant you. Like Moses, esteem the Kingdom. You see, Moses had to choose between the kingdom that God was delighting to give and kingdom of this world. He chose God's Kingdom, he embraced its promise. The Kingdom of Heaven is available to you here and now; Jesus assures you you can have it! Don't let fear, or any other enemy of man, prevent you coming into possession of all you've hoped for in the Kingdom. Heb.11:26.
The Father is presenting to you His Kingdom!
