He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Daily living in modern society takes it out of you! God has a plan for putting back in what the day takes out. He has a plan for building us back up when the pulls and pushes of daily life break us down. It is a plan that unfolds in Jesus. There's death at work in the world but there's life at work in Jesus. You can experience life in Jesus, freeing you from your experience of death in the world.
You need revitalising when you're tired as much as you need healing when you are sick. It is the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Life. It is the Holy Spirit in Christ's stead who ministers the life of God in you. He is available to revitalise your mortal body. He is there within you to give you a foretaste of the redemption of your mortal body that you will receive on Christ's return when the body's corruptibility will be changed for incorruptibility. 2Cor.5:5, 1Cor.15:53.
How can you come to experience this in your life now? By resorting daily to the Lord in the place of prayer and finding there His rest, renewal and revitalisation. Time each day in God's presence is as needful to your physical well-being as it is to your soul or spiritual well-being. In full assurance of faith come to God's throne of grace! Recall God's benefits to you and bless Him with you whole being. Pray, "I resort to you Lord for Your strength and deliverance. Let me experience Your works in my life. Refresh me again. Revitalise me, Lord, by the power of Your Spirit!" Ps.103:1-5
