People of faith
Through faith (men) subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again.
Hebrews 11:33-35 - NKJV
Adventures of faith were not just for the olden days. They are like modern air travel. At the departure point tell God where you want to go. Show Him you're authorised to go there by asking in the Name of Jesus and by quoting a scripture that demonstrates the destination is on His promised-to-you list. Faith is the name of your airline and the adventures start at the check-in desk called "Prayer". His Spirit will direct you. Joh.16:23-24, Mar.11:22-24.
Your faith departures as a Christian take place with God in prayer. People of faith regularly make these departures of faith. They head towards to the places of victory promised to them in Christ Jesus. God will respond to your requests of faith. He will usher you by His Spirit to the route you need to take and the vehicle you need to be on. By faith step forwards and depart with God to destinations of victory in your life. Gen.12:1-4.
God intends for your life to have adventures of faith that delight you! God's plan for His people is that they should have new horizons opening up in their lives, new ways forward and new victories. People of faith like Gideon, David and Samuel did things by faith that visibly changed situations. As a result were songs sung about them and stories told of them.
Make journeys in life by faith!
