Declare His love
Let Israel say, "His love endures for ever." Let the house of Aaron say, "His love endures for ever." Let those who fear the Lord say, "His love endures for ever."
Psalm 118:2-4 - NIV
You need to say it! Saying it establishes it in your thinking. Saying it gets the wonder of it to start sinking in. Saying it beds it down in your heart like a seed in good soil where it can spring up and bear fruit. God wants all of His people to be saying, "His love endures for ever."
Say, "His love endures for ever"! It's hard sometimes to accept the absolute unchanging nature of God's love for you. You have never known love like this before. This is why the words "for ever" are there. "For ever" points to the unfaultering, enduring character of God's love for you. The love of those who hold you most dear to their hearts can fluctuate in intensity through the waves of emotion that blow in human relationships. However, God's love remains always the same. How can the amazing truth of this unchangeable love find establishment in your heart? By you constantly declaring to yourself and others, "His love endures for ever"!
Let's allow a revelation of God's enduring love to be established in our lives. "His love endures for ever" is the reason God sent Jesus. "His love endures for ever" is the reason He caused us to be born again. "His love endures for ever" is what sees us kept from calamity each day. "His love endures for ever" is what keeps us on top, above it all, in spite of all our weaknesses, foolishness and sin. God loves you! You see it in His Son. You hear it in His Word. Read Joh.3:16; 1 Pet.1:3; Lam.3:22; Rom.8:37-39.
