A treasure of wisdom
Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom.
Psalm 51:6 - NKJV
How excited are you about wisdom? Perhaps not much but you should be! Wisdom will keep you from dead ends, see you past the obstacles and take the bumps out of the road. Wisdom has prudence for life in the material world. It has discretion for relationships. It has discernment for decision making. Wisdom will equip you to choose a safe route through a world increasingly the scene of deceit, seduction and danger!
Many people just seek wisdom after the accident has happened. They use wisdom like those who build a hospital at the bottom of the cliff instead of a fence at the top! Other people look on wisdom as if it were a band aid (plaster). They use it as if it were something to stick over the grazes of life. How is wisdom operating in your life? God's wisdom blesses your life most wonderfully when it's at the heart of your affairs. This will happen when His wisdom is at the heart of you! It has to come to reside in your heart. God wants to deposit His wisdom in your innermost being. This plan of God allows God's people to deal with life's difficulties.
God has wisdom for you. He's got wisdom for you for every aspect and department of your life. He's ready to deposit it. Get yourself ready to receive it! Why carry on trying to muddle through? Why stumble onwards in relative darkness? Look to God and open your heart to His wisdom. Spend time in prayer and in God's word every day. In this way, every day God by His Spirit and by His Word will make a deposit of wisdom within your innermost being. Ja.1:5, Eph.1:17-18.
Receive inner wisdom for outer action!
