Peace with God
Since we are justified (acquitted, declared righteous, and given a right standing with God) by faith, let us [grasp the fact that we] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:1 - NKJV
It's time to grasp the fact that you have peace with God! Even more, grasp that this peace with God you have means access to the peace of God for you. What an enviable position to be in! The gift of righteousness set you in that position. This gift has been yours since the day you accepted Jesus. This gift is one of right standing with God through Him. The more you grasp this the more you'll experience God's peace.
Getting yourself established in the gift of righteousness doesn't come naturally; it has to happen spiritually in you! Begin reading reflectively Paul's marvellous instruction on righteousness given in Romans chapters 3 to 5. Pray asking God for His Spirit to open his instruction to you. Also meditate on what Christ did by the blood of His sacrifice so that you are provided with God's gift of righteousness.
God's peace is communicated to you by the precious promises of the Bible. This is why it is so important that you become familiar with those promises. By those promises God tells you you can have His peace here and now where you need it. It is a powerful thing! His peace is there to stop the horrible consequences of sin ravaging your life. His peace will preserve you in well-being. His peace will mount a guard over your heart and mind. Live in His peace! Learn how by following the instructions given by the prophets and apostles. Isa.32:17, 26:3, Phil.4:6-7, Rom.5:17.
May you live in God's sphere of peace!
