Faith brings victory
Your testimonies are wonderful; therefore my soul keeps them. The entrance of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.

Have you noticed how your happy feelings can desert you? If they do then your in trouble if it's on the basis of those feelings you've been operating! How should you be operating or moving forwards? As a Christian you should be going by faith and not feeling! Faith is the certain evidence you possess of good things to come. It is evidence of things not seen. It is established and built on what God has said about the life you now have in Christ. Ro.10:8-11, Heb.11:1.
Jesus was tempted of the devil in the wilderness. What would the outcome have been if He'd been walking by feelings instead of walking by faith? It's likely He would have fallen for the devil's strategy. The devil's strategy was directed against His flesh and designed to be an attack on His feelings. Jesus responded to the devil on the grounds of His faith and not on the basis of His feelings. Jesus quoted what God's Word declared. Jesus found in God's Word all the certainty He needed about who He was. You are to do likewise. You are to walk by faith, not by sight. Luk.4:1-15, 2Cor.5:7.
Don't go by your feelings. If the squeeze comes on you to voice negative or despondent things resist it. Resist that pressure. Instead voice God's promises. Let the promises give your faith and courage to continue in full expectation of a victorious outcome. In that way it won't matter what's going on in the natural realm you'll stay in expectation of victory coming to you out of God's spiritual realm.
Go by what God's Word declares!
