God's Spirit gives increase!
I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
1 Corinthians 3:6-7 - NKJV
I'm sure you've shared your testimony with people. Has anyone come to the Lord because of it? If you think about you'll realise that those who made a real response did so because God's Spirit moved them to! As Paul says, we plant and water but He is the one who brings increase from it.
It is our job to fulfil the Great Commission. It is the Holy Spirit's job to bring response from it. Pushing people, for example, too hard to respond to the message can be counter productive. (Look at how teens react!) Witness, teach or preach and let the Holy Spirit win! Make your presentation of what you have to share as best you can by the Spirit. Then commit it to God and ask Him by His Spirit to move in people's hearts. You did your job. The follow up work is primarily prayer! Ministry will produce in proportion to the intercession you surround it with. Mat.28:18-20, Joh.15:26-27, 2Thes.3:1, 1Tim.2:1-4.
As much as Paul was a preacher he was a pray-er. In almost every one of his epistles there is a record of his prayers for the saints. He prayed, "May you be able to comprehend and know the love of God!" He prayed, "May the eyes of your understanding be enlightened!" Paul delivered his message (the whole counsel of God) and then departed praying, "I commend you to God and to the word of His grace!" Do likewise! Give your message and pray for the Holy Spirit to do the rest! Eph.3:16-19, 1:16-19, 5:18; Act.20:32.
Pray in the Spirit for those you minister to!
