Growing in relationship

Is Christianity about rituals? No, Christianity is about relationships. You will find relationship being preached in almost whatever part of the New Testament you turn to. The scripture portion above is about relationship and it's taken from Paul's letter to the Ephesians. Successful Christianity is about growing in relationships so a letter like that is worth taking time over.
The New Testament ministers to you about relationship and relationships. The relationship of greatest importance to you is the one you have with your heavenly Father through His Son, Jesus! The other three relationships follow on from that one and take their strength from that one. The relationship you have with other believers is one of them. This is what the scripture portion above is encouraging you in. Another one is the relationship with people outside of Christ. And, finally, there is your relationship with yourself - this is one often forgotten.
It's important to keep growing in all those relationships. How can you keep growing in relationships? By grace! God has grace for relationships which we can go to Him for and when you respond to His grace you grow. He also has specific counsel. Here is a starter list of counsel in scripture: 1) for relationship with God see Heb.10:19-25, 2) for relationship with other believers see Eph.4:1-4, 3) for relationship with those outside of Christ see Mat.5:44, 4) for relationship with yourself speak Psa.103:1-5!
