Have faith!
The apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith." So the Lord said, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,' and it would obey you."
Luke 17:5-6 - NKJV
Here's something contrary to most people's understanding - the size of the faith is not the indicator to its power. How can that be? Because Jesus compares faith with a mustard seed. He says, "No matter that your faith looks like a tiny seed, if you have it you have the power to reshape the way things stand around you." In other words, the apparent size of someone's faith is not the indicator of what it can accomplish.
It is noticeable that for the disciples things regularly didn't work out as they should have. Jesus often in ministry diagnosed their problem. When He did He sometimes referred to them as, "You of little faith." Note, though, that faith is like being pregnant. You either are or you aren't. You either have faith or you haven't. Was Jesus then focusing His diagnosis on the size of their faith? No, He was focusing on the vision they had with their faith. "Little faith" is comparable to "small minded". It refers to breadth of vision. To take this comparison further, as the opposite of "small minded" is "noble minded" so thhe opposite of "little faith" is "great faith". It's about having vision for what can be accomplished. See Mat.8:26, 8:10.
If you've got faith, esteem it. Count it sufficient and use it. Seek to have faith instead of to increase faith. How do you have faith? By hearing God's word. Hear God's Spirit intimating the validity to you of a promise in God's Word. In this way hear specific promises for specific circumstances or conditions. Have you got faith for finances? If yes, that's great. Now seek to have faith for other specific matters of life also. Mar.11:22, Ro.10:17.
Use the faith you have!
