Don't react - respond!
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
James 1:5 - NKJV
Are you going through it? God counsels you, "Ask Me for wisdom!" People usually react against a trying place or person, yet this isn't God's way of dealing with it. God's way is to respond to the Holy Spirit. God's way is to ask for wisdom and then respond to the Holy Spirit who brings it. Mat.10:20.
How are you to find release from the trial? First, you need step away from the zone of confrontation and stop your natural (soulish) reaction to the trial! Second, you need to step into the Lord's presence (a spiritual response to the trial) where you can ask wisdom of Him. Psalm 27 - starting right from verse 1 - provides you with a prayer model for doing this. Third, you need to respond to God's wisdom that now comes. How will you recognise God's wisdom when it arrives? Here's how: God's wisdom is full of compassion. It is straightforward. It produces harmony between people. It is never obstinate. Ja.3:17.
God's got all the wisdom and guidance you need! By it you'll come through the trial you are in and out to a broad place where you can revel in God's goodness towards you. Pour out your heart to God about the situation surrounding the trial and then receive from Him a vision of the complete resolution of it! God's Spirit is your comforter, He will show you there is rescue and restoration with God. Joh.14:26.
Respond to God's Spirit and experience His release!
