Saving Grace
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16 - NKJV
I don't know about you but there are days when the challenges come in so strong I just want to run for cover. So I do just that - I run for the cover of grace. Grace has the cover you need. Each morning I long for grace. Each day I revel in the grace God provides. The Amplified Bible tells us the grace we find at the throne of grace is "appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it".
Here's how to deal with crisis. No matter what's happening, go in the full assurance of faith to the Father at the throne of grace. There He will show you His grace and cause it to flow towards you. His grace will give you just the help you need to bring divine order out of your crisis. There's so much more to grace than simply unmerited favour. The apostle Paul found grace so tangible that he testified, "It was not I who did the work but the grace of God which is my constant companion." 1Cor.15:10.
Rely on grace and flow in it! As you respond to grace - and to the Holy Spirit who is the conveyor of that grace - you'll have the help you need. Grace will save you from yourself and save you from the situation. Grace will move you in how to act best, whatever is going on. Wherever you are physically make sure that spiritually you are before the throne of grace! Today may the Spirit of Grace convey to you all the saving grace you need to help in your time of need!
