God, my rewarder
Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for He who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Hebrews 11:6 - NKJV
God is a rewarder! God rewards those who diligently seek Him. What is it to seek the Lord diligently? It is to enquire of Him and for Him in all situations and conditions of your life. It involves letting God know all your concerns. It is realising you require Him - His presence, His counsel and His perception of things. It's knowing you require Him as essentially as the body requires food. Amos 5:4, Deut.30:19.
You can be a man or woman who knows and carries God's peace in your life. This peace is beyond your mind's power to comprehend. You'll find in a time of crisis your head won't understand why you're still at peace. God's peace will guard your heart and your mind whatever comes your way. God's peace is a significant part of your reward for diligently seeking Him. It is an open reward to you for your prayer in secret to your Heavenly Father. It's a reward because it's a token to you of your approaching rescue in trouble or of your coming breakthrough when challenged. It's a reward because others will see God's peace upon you. See Phil.4:6-7 and Phil.1:28.
In diligently seeking God there is a reward. Jesus exhorted His disciples to take time to pray personally and individually behind a closed door. He told them in doing that they would receive an open reward. An open reward is given to those who diligently step apart from the busyness of life to pray to the Father. Be a Christian who prays regularly in this way! By it you'll experience God's peace in your daily life. Mat.6:6.
Diligently seek God and receive His reward!
