My brothers, being able to go into the holy place without fear, because of the blood of Jesus, By the new and living way which he made open for us through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having a great priest over the house of God, Let us go in with true hearts, in certain faith, having our hearts made free from the sense of sin and our bodies washed with clean water.

Don't let your head keep you out of the throne room of God! Your head, by thought, will stagger at the possibility of approaching before God Almighty so you have to help your head by showing it why God welcomes you there! The verse above was given by God's Spirit for this very purpose.

My morning time in God's presence is very important to me. I wake up realising I need God and the refreshing of His presence as my soul's first necessity. Yet, so often in my place of prayer I find there is an inertia of the flesh to overcome. My natural man would rather hang around in the shadows than come boldly before God. My head and flesh need the light of God's word fresh everyday to show them how Jesus has made communion with God possible. I read Hebrews chapter 10 aloud to my soul. Boldness then arises to enter the Holiest by the new and living way He consecrated for me.

As you approach to God through Jesus speak to your soul! Tell your mind to hush up and accept that Jesus' once for all sacrifice has made the way open for you to enter into perfect communion with God. Let your heart commune with the Father. God desires a heart to heart relationship with you as His child in His presence and for this purpose He sent His Son, Jesus! Heb.9:14.

Draw near through Jesus to God!
