God's raising agent
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove (discern) what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (for you in His sight).

What's been on your mind? What direction has your thinking been taking? Have you found yourself with thinking that's less than good and a hindrance to you? At times it happens to me. It's as though there's a thought-life gravity in our world that pulls our thinking down. Our thoughts descend from walking in high places with God, to taking a low route with man. Even as Bible believing, Spirit-filled Christians we can find ourselves thinking in the way that those who are without Christ think. Thank God, therefore, that you and I can resort to God's Word and allow it to lift our thinking back up again.
God's Word is a raising agent for our minds! It is able to transform your thinking from flat and heavy to elevated and light. Our minds need constantly renewing with God's raising agent, namely, His Word. His Word brings our thinking back up into His realm. If we want to partake of all the benefits and solutions God has for us in this life we need to allow God's Word to have place in our minds. When we do it is able to lift us up in our thinking into His realm.
God's Word can give us God's thoughts and God's ways. We can let go of our own thoughts and ways and exchange them for His thoughts and ways. We can start having the thoughts of God and the ways of God. The thought patterns and mind set of this world is destructive but God's Word can give us His thought patterns that bring life and peace when we operate in them! Isa.55:8-9.
Take time for God's Word to transform your thinking
